Reyes Studio designed an extensive renovation and second story addition to complement this classic 1929 historic La Jolla home by notable architect Tom Shepard. The design scope included a full renovation to the interior of the house, new loggia, and second story addition. A Historical Designation was obtained for the property during the permit approval process.
